Merge onto I-93 South towards Concord.
Follow signs for I-393 E/US-4 E/US-202 E towards Loudon.
Exit onto NH-106 S/Sheep Davis Road towards Pembroke.

Head south on I-89 South into New Hampshire.
Follow the same route as above once in New Hampshire.

From Southern Vermont (Windham, Windsor)

Begin on I-91 South toward New Hampshire.
Take the exit for I-89 North towards Lebanon/White River Junction.
Switch to I-93 South in New Hampshire towards Concord.
